At a recent Global Intergenerational Week session, participants were asked two simple but revealing questions: When did you last speak to someone 15 years older or younger than you?  How many people in your close network are 15 years older or younger? Many were surprised how age-siloed their lives had become, with limited intergenerational interaction.
