A Multigenerational Workforce: Mapping the Way Forward

Join our nationwide workshops shaping the future of workforce preparation. Our survey with Brave Starts revealed that while organisations recognise the need to prepare for an ageing workforce, strategic readiness is lacking. These highly interactive sessions aim to brainstorm practical solutions for attracting and retaining older workers. The combined insights from the survey and workshops will inform a report we intend to present at an event at the House of Lords later this year.

By attending this workshop you will:

  • Have an opportunity to meet and network with others working on the topic of age inclusion in the workplace.

  • Come away with practical ways to attract and retain older workers in your organisation.

  • Have an opportunity to provide input on what we can ask policy makers to do to support a multigenerational workforce.
