Attracting and Retaining Older workers

ProAge presents an engaging workshop exploring practical tips for attracting and retaining older workers. Learn strategies for a more inclusive, effective workforce. Our sessions address biases, fostering a productive environment where every team member thrives. Join us to transform your workplace!

Workers over the age of 50 are the fastest growing demographic in the UK labour market, accounting for one in three workers.

In a survey we conducted with Brave Starts, we learned that organisations find it very important to prepare for an ageing workforce, scoring it 7 out of 10, yet they feel strategically unprepared, scoring it 4 out of 10.

What are organisations planning on doing to prepare for this shift?

During the workshop we will  review the findings from our report focusing on the benefits of employing older workers and multigenerational teams, the barriers organisations have faced in getting the topic of age inclusion on the agenda and what organisations are planning to do in the future.

Our half-day workshops are in-person and highly interactive. They are designed for company decision makers, HR and DEI professionals and provide an opportunity to network and share best practices across sector and size of organisation. Depending on the location, workshops vary in size from 20 to 40 participants.
