Oakleaf Partnership joins ProAge as a Founding Member
Workers over 50 are the fastest growing age demographic of the UK labour market, growing by just over 4 million in the period 1992 to 2022 according to figures from the Office for National Statistics. Yet, research from the Centre for Ageing Better reveals that one-in-three people aged over 50 believe they have been turned down for a job because of their age and one-in-five employers believe that age discrimination occurs in their organisation.
